We had the best experience working with Simon on our first home purchase. Simon was always punctual and very fast in identifying properties that were of our interest. He gave us very detailed analysis of price, neighborhood, and many other ownership aspects of each property. Simon deeply understood our budget and only recommended houses in that price region. At the time of making offer, Simon was very fast in preparing all the documentation. He was also very meticulous on how to approach the sellers and lead the negotiation. My experience selling a San Jose condo with Simon Sahi realtor in October 2023 Martin H. Israel, mhi@wustl.edu Earlier this year I sold a luxury condo in San Jose with the indispensable assistance of Simon Sahi. He was a wonderful realtor to work with, and I give him my highest endorsement. Anyone needing a realtor in that area could not do better than to work with Simon. He knows the market in that area, took care of cleaning up the condo to give an excellent impression to any potential buyer, kept in excellent contact with me guiding me in every step of the way – from deciding on a good asking price, filling out necessary forms for the HOA and the city, working with the trust company, responding to the buyer’s offer. He also interacted effectively with the potential buyer, getting from the buyer a cash offer above the asking price. All of this was done with me at long-distance. The condo in San Jose belonged to, and had been the residence of, a California relative for whom I had Power of Attorney, but I reside in the central US, about two thousand miles east of San Jose.

Simon did an exceptional job helping my mother, who lived out of state, purchase a condominium near me in the San Jose area. My mother's realtor in Arizona offered to research and reach out to several realtors in the Bay area. Simon was the ONLY realtor who returned her call and provided information on the property we were interested in. We connected with him immediately and he showed us the unit within a day. Simon helped us negotiate the deal and we were able to quickly close. My husband and I were impressed with Simon's efficiency. He responded immediately to every text and phone call. He also provided additional information, such as access to a cleaning professional, a locksmith, pertinent HOA information and gave us an introduction to the local property management. Even two months after closing, Simon helped us with a couple of issues we experienced with the unit. He even offered my mother is phone number in case of an emergency! You could not ask for a more competent or cheerful agent. Thank you, Simon!
